STUDIO TERMS

These terms govern purchases from Everyoul Portrait Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your photo and permission
You confirm that you own the submitted photo or have permission from its photographer and the people pictured to use it for commissioned artwork, including authority to submit a child’s photograph when applicable. You may not submit content that is illegal, hateful, explicit, exploitative, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing. You remain responsible for what you upload, and we may refuse or cancel unsafe or unlawful requests.
What you are purchasing
Unless the checkout clearly says otherwise, an order includes two private watermarked proofs made from one source photograph, one selected watermark-free digital portrait, and one included regeneration for a material identity, marking, clothing, or important-detail issue. Unselected proofs may be offered separately. Printed products are not included unless shown as a separate purchase.
AI-assisted artistic interpretation
Everyoul uses generative image technology under studio-controlled art direction. Each result is a new artistic interpretation—not an exact reproduction—and natural variation is part of the service. Color, texture, facial detail, background, and stylistic choices may vary between proofs and examples. Hidden style instructions and production methods remain Everyoul property.
Pricing and payment
Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Applicable discounts are applied before payment. Stripe securely processes payment and payment is not considered confirmed until Stripe sends a signed confirmation. You authorize the displayed charge and are responsible for any taxes or fees shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before generation begins and will offer cancellation if the corrected price is not accepted.
Portrait gifts and credits
Portrait gifts, Portrait Credits, and Everyoul Credit may be used only for eligible Everyoul products and are not redeemable for cash or transferable. A gift balance remains connected to the intended recipient email and any unused balance remains available unless a lawful expiration is clearly disclosed. Portrait Credits cover one eligible portrait experience unless otherwise stated. Everyoul Credit is a dollar-denominated balance and may be applied to eligible portraits, extra proofs, physical products, and shipping when checkout offers it. Lost gift codes can be recovered only after we reasonably verify the purchaser or intended recipient.
Share & earn
A referral reward is created only after a new customer completes a qualifying first portrait purchase through a valid referral link. Rewards may remain pending during the stated confirmation period. Cancellations, refunds, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, abuse, or ineligible purchases may prevent or reverse a reward. Current friend offers, reward values, milestones, and confirmation periods are shown in Your Everyoul and may change for future referrals.
Delivery and timing
Most proofs are generated quickly, but stated times are estimates rather than guarantees. Provider outages, source-photo complexity, moderation, or technical problems may cause delays. Delivery occurs through the private tracking gallery and transactional email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and retaining your downloaded files.
Composition, dimensions, and printing
The source photograph guides the composition. Finished artwork is delivered in the aspect ratio that best preserves that composition. A particular crop, pixel dimension, print size, color match, or result from a third-party printer cannot be guaranteed. Check the delivered file’s dimensions before ordering a frame or print.
Physical products, shipping, and delivery
Physical products are custom made from the finished portrait and available options are shown before checkout. Product price, shipping method, shipping charge, and available delivery estimate are displayed before payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Carrier delays or customs processing may affect delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more detail.
Custom-product returns
Physical products are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong size or color, or ordering the wrong product. Claims for damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 30 days after delivery with the order number and clear photos. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and unclaimed packages may require a new shipping charge. Address changes and cancellations may be possible before production begins but are not guaranteed afterward. Where applicable law requires a different result, that law controls.
Regenerations, cancellations, and refunds
Included regenerations address a material identity, marking, clothing, or important-detail issue; they do not include changing the source pose, choosing a different style, or creating a new scene. Change-of-mind cancellation is available before generation begins. If, after reasonable retries, we cannot deliver artwork that materially follows the selected style, preserves the recognizable subject and defining details shown in the submitted photo, and meets our stated technical delivery standards, we will refund the affected order. Refund eligibility is not based solely on personal taste or preference for another artistic interpretation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Your finished portrait
After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive personal-use license to download, print, display, share, and gift the selected finished portrait. You may not resell or sublicense the digital artwork, use it as a trademark, falsely represent the generated artwork as handmade by a human artist, or use it commercially without written permission from Everyoul. Everyoul may display your photo or portrait publicly only with your separate permission.
Accounts and acceptable use
Private links and account access are for the customer and intended recipients. Do not attempt to access another customer’s gallery, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, evade payment, or misuse the generation system. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect customers, Everyoul, or our providers.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service and digital files are provided without warranties beyond the express promises in these terms. Everyoul is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party printing outcomes, or events outside our reasonable control. Any liability that may lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms displayed when you place an order govern that purchase.
