01What exactly am I buying?+
One finished digital portrait created from one source photo in your chosen style. After payment, you receive two watermarked proofs and choose your favorite. Your selected portrait is delivered as high-resolution, watermark-free JPG and PNG files.
02Will it still look like my photo?+
That is the goal. Your photo remains the composition blueprint: the same people or pets, pose, crop, expressions, clothing, markings, and emotional relationship. The art style changes; the memory does not.
03Why do I receive two proofs?+
Generative artwork naturally has small variations. Two proofs give you a meaningful choice without overwhelming you. Select one to unlock; the other can be purchased as an add-on if you love both.
04How long does it take?+
Most proofs are ready in about 10–20 minutes. Complex images or temporary provider delays can take longer. Your private tracking page updates automatically, and we email you when the proofs are ready.
05Can I ask for a change?+
Yes. One thoughtful refinement is included for a material identity, marking, clothing, or important-detail issue. Refinements are not intended to change the source pose or create an entirely new scene.
06Can I print the finished artwork?+
Yes. Your finished portrait is delivered as a high-resolution JPG and PNG suitable for printing. Because every source photo, crop, and finished composition is different, the recommended maximum print size is confirmed for your specific final artwork rather than promised in advance.
07What happens to my photos?+
Source photos are stored privately, used only to create and support your order, and scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. They are not sold or placed in advertising without written permission.
08Is the portrait made with AI?+
Yes. Everyoul uses generative image technology with studio-controlled style instructions and quality checks. We believe the honest description is AI-assisted, art-directed portrait creation.
09What if generation fails?+
The system retries safe technical failures automatically. If we cannot produce a usable portrait after reasonable attempts, we will make it right with a retry, credit, or refund.
10Can I use more than one source photo?+
The first edition is deliberately one photo in, one portrait out. Creating a new scene from several references is planned for a future collection.
