What exactly am I buying?+
One finished digital portrait created from one source photo in your chosen style. After payment, you receive two watermarked proofs and choose your favorite. Your selected portrait is delivered as a watermark-free PNG download.
Can I ask for a change?+
Before you choose a proof, you may use one complimentary regeneration if an important identity, marking, clothing, or other defining detail was missed. Your order begins with two proofs, and the regeneration provides two new proofs to choose from. Regeneration is no longer available after you select a proof. This applies to the digital portrait stage only; printed artwork is made from your selected portrait and cannot be revised once it enters production.
What happens to my photos?+
Source photos are stored privately, used only to create and support your order, and scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. They are not sold or placed in advertising without written permission.
