Everyoul uses the photos and information you provide to create, deliver, and support your portrait experience. We do not sell your personal information or photos, use customer photos in advertising without express permission, or use them to train public image models.
Information we collect
We collect the reference photo and creative notes you submit; your name, email address, order number, order history, and—when you order a physical product—the recipient name, shipping address, and optional phone number; customer-support messages and optional reviews; and limited technical information needed for security and basic site measurement. Stripe handles card details directly, so Everyoul does not store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to process payment, generate and deliver portraits, produce and ship physical products, provide galleries and customer accounts, send transactional and tracking emails, prevent misuse, answer support requests, maintain business and tax records, and understand basic page traffic. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies. Our lightweight site counter records the page visited, time, and referring website when available; it does not create an advertising profile.
Photos and retention
Reference photos and finished artwork are stored in access-controlled object storage. Our normal retention target is to remove original reference photos 30 days after delivery and finished gallery files after 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed to complete support, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, comply with law, or honor your request. Order, payment, consent, and support records may be kept longer for legitimate accounting, legal, and operational purposes. You may request earlier deletion; some limited records may still need to be retained.
Cookies and browser storage
Everyoul uses essential and functional cookies to keep customer accounts signed in and remember valid referral, Partner, and Gives Back campaign attribution. These cookies are not used for behavioral advertising. We also use browser storage to save portrait drafts, favorites, recently viewed styles, and a short-lived page-view marker that prevents duplicate counting during a browsing session. You can remove cookies and stored site data through your browser settings, but account access, saved drafts, attribution, or other site features may stop working as expected. Service providers
We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the studio: payment processing, image generation, physical-product production and shipping, cloud hosting and private storage, and transactional email. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use access controls, server-side credentials, private storage, signed payment confirmations, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security. Please do not submit highly sensitive documents or information that is not needed for your portrait.
Children
Everyoul is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. An adult may submit a photograph of a child only when they have authority and permission to do so. We do not knowingly collect order information directly from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, request a copy, withdraw optional publication permission, or close your customer account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Use our contact form or email hello@everyoul.com.
Changes and contact
