Every physical product is made to order from a finished portrait you own. Product price, available shipping methods, and delivery estimates are shown before payment.

Production and delivery

We review the artwork file before sending the order to production. Delivery estimates may change because of production volume, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When the carrier ships your order, we send the available tracking information by email and add it to Physical Orders in Your Everyoul. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the label is created.

Addresses and changes

Please check the recipient name and complete shipping address before payment. Contact us immediately if something needs to change. We can usually help before production begins, but address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after that point. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Custom-product returns

Because each product is made specifically from your portrait, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong size or color, or ordering the wrong product. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund. Where applicable law requires a different result, that law controls.

Missing or delayed packages

Check the tracking link first. A package lost in transit must be reported within 30 days after its estimated delivery date. If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because they were unclaimed may require a new shipping charge.
